WRITING THE COMMENTARY  FOR  THE 25 th
ANNIVERSARY OF OUR ESTABLISHED  COMPANY

" FAMILY SPC "
 
“ Everybody  gets  on coach “ " Is there anyone  missing  ? " we are ready , let’s go ! “ Hence , District 7-Hiep Phuoc  coach  starts  together with group of staff  approaching  Nha Be area  in order to   give timely products  for beloved farmers
Just thinking of the night when people  remains calm thinking  profoundly  , but this morning on the coach  , sitting  next to dear SPC  colleagues , I ignore  surroundings ,  the horns   of  coach  sounding "  tin tin “" to think about the number " 25 " , the number is not too small , not too big , but enough for a storehouseful of memories .
On this coach , our team under  the SPC house , there are members from Central , Western , Southern  areas , new comers  , senior , boss, employees but everyone try their best   to be 7 A.M sharp  to start  for SPC’s achievements
Our small family  has a simple but lovely name " HIEP PHUOC ENTERPRISE ."you think that we are small , don’t you ? no we are including 160 members . Here all  members are getting  along very well  with their hearts . I acknowledge that there is no place like  this one which has such a overflowing  feelings , there is  not only  a border  of working colleagues and age relationship  but also a real family
6 years ago , there were a lot  of  difficulties when moving from District 7 to  Nha Be  , it  is also sunny , windy and  agrochemical’s smell ,but more important than that is smile which  can dispel  the hardness . Therefore ; we have been  together for a great  family SPC  until now
Looking at my dear colleagues who are working  a long time with  the company ,  eager to warmly welcome  medal . I feel a little bit  pity  that if I joined  the company sooner , I would  have been  in such a cheerful  feeling . Is it  funny  at my age  but still interesting in those things ? know any way that was a really happy  memories  which  made everyone holding . No one knows  what will happen next  , 10 years , 20 years , 30 years … but I will try my best  to identify  myself with  the company  as long as I can  in order to get  more cheerful memories . Perhaps , I ‘am proud to    tell my kids that “ wow, your mom  has also had  such an enthusiastic  and cheerish  youthfulness …”
My little  family has  a strong attachment to SPC  for 20 years, oh ! why am’I only 33 years  but identify  with company within 20 years ? well  , let  me explain , I myself have  10 years  seniority  and add on  10 years  working  of “  my dear “ . So happy , husband and wife  are working at the same  company . To tell the truth , SPC  itself  has been fated  in our marriage
It is not by chance  that I’am an ambitious  person  who choose to work  faithfully for this company  such a long time  . Being spent my time step  by step in wheels of working , I have also been tempered  myself  progressively  for my skill and spirit . Maybe  I get accustomed to this place , don’t I , just because I myself  can’t explain  reasonably , I decided  to work for SPC   at naturally  then I have a strong  attachment  to this company  obviously
Thus  is operated  for 25 years , that is  really not a short stage , there are  loyalty staffs  who live with company’s  development , also there are some elders  and younger employees  in the  future . There will be new comers  who are admitted  to the company . I will have  new  brothers and sisters
